Rekindling the human spirit with Agapi Stassinopoulos

The best-selling author and motivational speaker Agapi Stassinopoulos walks us through her journey finding gratitude and practicing mindfulness and compassion. We discuss her new book “Speaking with Spirit: 52 prayers to guide, inspire, and uplift you.”

It doesn’t matter what you believe in. Finding prayer can mean something different to everyone. Stassinopoulos says we all have the power to focus on the present, find our inner voice and lead with courage. To let go of the pressure and not hold ourselves to standards of perfection.

Stassinopoulos is also the author of “Unbinding the Heart: A Dose of Greek Wisdom, Generosity, and Unconditional Love,” “Wake Up to the Joy of You: 52 Meditations and Practices for a Calmer, Happier Life,” “Conversations with the Goddesses” and “Gods and Goddesses in Love.” Today she leads workshops at Thrive Global, a technology company focused on ending the “burnout epidemic,” founded by her sister Arianna Huffington.
