I open up about deciding to lose some weight, and how that has been for me, while Andrew shares his experience with getting in shape, and becoming a personal trainer and working out while on the road. The benefits beyond physical health, but our mental health as well.

Andrew shares where he's at with the double record they've been working on, how he's been on a creative tear also working on new DGD stuff as well as possibly some solo material.

We talk about my recent trip out to UT and specifically Salt Lake City where Andrew is from/lives and how it's been growing up there and what I noticed in my brief visit there and a whole lot more in this 2 hour chat with one of my favorite people.
