It's been so long since we discussed covid, but with all the latest stories we had to discuss it. Austria plans to make vaccines mandatory in 2022, among rising cases and protests in Europe. What are your thoughts on this? Jumping from covid- we discuss a Young Turks video on climate change- and more recently how forecasts predict some large cities could face increased flooding pressure by 2030. Artists face pressure to not perform at the upcoming grand prix in Saudi Arabia (given the country's human rights violations). More specifically, wife of journalist who got killed at the Saudi conciliate a few years ago, wrote a letter specifically to Justin Bieber requesting him to take a stand and not perform. Ahmaud Arbery case is discussed as the perpetrators have now been convicted. Lastly, we end on the viral video causing waves, and that is Mr.Beasts Squid game.

Now we talked about Kyle before in a previous episode, but he is back in the news again and this time it has to do with the final judgement laid down on him from the courts- acquitted of all charges. What are your thoughts on this? Do you think the judgement was fair? We also discuss the Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello break-up- and the unfair pressure that Shawn is getting around people questioning his sexuality- leave the poor man alone! Things get a bit heated in our final topic which went from Adele to our Canadian school system, but the theme was around body positivity. Our stance is that there should be a middle ground- not shaming people for being overweight but also not promoting the idea that being overweight is healthy.
