Steven: “You can't just wait. And you can't just apply via LinkedIn and send out applications. So you have to be proactive, and aggressive in saying you're interested in researching places that you want to be and spend time.”

Steven: “Our job is to make people be safe and feel safe, which are mutually exclusive, but Our job is to teach them how to think. Because if I change how you think it will affect how you behave.”

Steven: “If you think about police or military, you go where duty requires, when they call you, you are perfectly equipped to respond. We do that exceptionally well every time. But how you make companies bigger, faster and stronger is when you can tell them what's coming.”

Steven: “When you can make people comfortable and feel safe, operating in places that are challenging, it is uncontested market share.”
