Zack: “You have to be cross-trained and everything. It's true and it doesn't okay, you can go in as executive protection as you can go in as security personnel at an organization. But learn the business mission.”

Zack: “When I go to work every day, I check my ego at the door, I have no ego, okay, and that's another part of this. Right there. That's really important. I have no ego, like, I'm going to come in, I'm here to serve others. I'm here to help.”

Zack: “That's the recipe for success you just have to continue to learn every day, continue to develop yourself, and cultivate yourself.”

Zack: “Yes, hard skills are important when needed. But generally speaking, we need to be good at those intangibles like we talked about.”

Zack: “I would say set a goal for yourself, do a little bit of scoring, get into the field that you want to get into that you find interesting, start from the bottom, and be humble. That's the first thing you have to be humble.”
