When it comes to home delivered ready made meals we are absolutely spoiled for choice! There are soo many different companies offering meals to suit lifestyles, budgets and fitness goals.

The meals are macro focused - what's a macro you ask? … I had to google what a macro actually was and this is what I found… Macronutrients or 'Macros' are a group of nutrients found in food that give us energy. My meals came delivered to my front door in a heat proof box with a nice ice pack to keep everything cool. There is A LOT of variety here to choose from and something to suit most tastes!

My faves were the Beef Chilli Con Carne with Brown Rice & Green Beans and Portuguese chicken which was juicy and tender and had just the right amount of spice. They only use organic free renege chicken and grass fed beef too!

The meals are packed with protein and are low in refined carbohydrates. And it actually tastes like real food.
