There's Slack in the Labor Market, Kashkari Says

Robert Kaplan, Dallas Fed President, says the U.S. is lagging in educational attainment and it's hurting productivity. Neel Kashkari, Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis President, says the Fed should be cautious about raising interest rates further until they actually see inflationary pressures building.
