This week on the USA Weightlifting Podcast Cheryl and Chad will be talking about getting under the barbell in your snatch (though this applies to the clean and the jerk as well) and how to commit to the lift; which first means committing to your pull from the ground through extension (hopefully FULL and QUALITY extension). We’ll be getting into some of our favorite drills that will not only help improve your lifts and get you closer to your best movement, but also build confidence and ultimately new PRs!
