After trying to get pregnant for over three years, and seeing numerous practitioners, Sarah finally landed with Holistic Fertility Institute and discovered her symptoms were not normal - but they were very common! Her cycles transformed from shifts in food, supplements, lifestyle and mindset, and led to a healthy pregnancy at 40.

In her work, Sarah loves traditional medicine systems, modern research, and the intersections between them. She has a bachelor's in molecular biology, and certificates in massage, herbalism, nutrition, supplement quality, menstrual cycle health, functional lab interpretation and fertility. In a beautiful full circle loop, Sarah is now coaching clients within Holistic Fertility Institute, where she guides clients in the transformative process she went through.
