125. Can we turn CO2 emissions into something of value?

Every single day, we release large amounts of CO2 emissions into our atmosphere. Some of this we can capture, and some of it we can actually use to create useful products! In other words, we can create value from emissions — and one of the ways we can do this is somewhat similar to the way we brew beer.
