Leela Sinha (ze/zir) joins me today to talk about zir work with the Intensives Institute and what it means to be an intensive. I have always identified as an intense person, so the intensive framework spoke to me. Leela shares that ze created the intensive framework because it makes people feel "less broken". So many of us intensives feel like we are "too much". We do not deal in small feelings. We are risk takers, innovators, and leaders. We go hard and come back for more....
