Breaking Social Norms and Gender Stereotypes

Who would have thought the healing journey after therapy would lead to a load of guilt thanks to societal norms?

As my business grows and I discuss the future with G, we keep coming up with ideas that end up leaving me feeling so guilty. I don’t have anyone to look up to who is a female breadwinner by choice with a house husband - I often have to remind myself I have a choice and in this life, I’m choosing not to suffer so welcome to the inner monologue of my brain as I figure out my next steps.
