Just Last week in late August 2022, Elizabeth Holmes strolled into CA courtroom once again accompanied by her parents like she had done during her trial. This time she and her counsel filed motions to dismiss her case. It was a longshot attempt to get her fraud conviction thrown out by telling the judge who oversaw her trial a version that highlighted all her company’s accomplishments. It didn’t go very well, and she is set for sentencing later this month. More to come...and video episode...
