I’m joined by Dan Robson, a Sunderland-born martial arts enthusiast who’s gone from working Magaluf’s nightlife to organising Mallorca’s newest MMA event, Fight Island Championship. We talk discipline, drive, and what it takes to turn a passion into a powerhouse.

But we’re not stopping there. It’s also fiesta season in Sóller, where the locals recreate one of the island’s most dramatic historical battles: the clash between the Moors and the Christians. Think cannon fire, costumes, and a whole lot of chaos in the streets.
