E40 – Shifting from Business Ownership to an Acting Career with Michelle Griffiths

E40: Interview with Michelle Griffiths

Michelle was the co-owner of Laser Electrical Bunbury and has now shifted into her acting career. She gives some great insights into successful business ownership and operation and also draws connection on how her business acumen has assisted with setting a strong foundation for her acting career. We speak about moving through the identity change when coming out of business or focussing on a career change and how that takes us through a space of uncertainty when opportunities present themselves.

Michelle's key tip is to do something everyday to move you towards your goal, no matter what that is and how small it may seem as this progress compounds overtime and keeps us aligned with the future we are wanting to create. There were so many key takeaways from this interview but the key standout was when Michelle speaks about making connections and knowing who your people are as aligning with the right people will allow you to find those who value your products or services. Her reference to High – Low – Buffalo will be a game changer for you at your next networking event.
