On June 4, 2019 the two met at the Rocky River Reservation, one of Cleveland’s MetroParks. It was a beautiful day and many were out and about. The two arrived separately but at about the same time which was right around 5pm. They found a bench near the river to sit down and have some conversation. Kevin Anderson is a 64 year old, white male with blue eyes and balding brown hair. He is 6 feet tall and approximately 200 pounds. Anderson is being sought by multiple law enforcement agencies for charges of murder, attempted murder, arson and illegal firearms charges. Don’t not approach.
