Day 2 - My fitness journey so far

In this episode, I am going to go talk about my fitness journey. I have went through many lows and highs during this process of getting in the best shape of my life. I am still not there yet but I am very happy with where I’ve come to from where I was and I’m excited to keep it going and get in an even better place, physically and mentally. I started to train seriously from late 2018/early 2019 onwards. I have a goal that I am working towards which has given me the motivation to commit fully on my workouts and nutrition. It’s about the mindset.
