He is the current Best Sommelier of Kazakhstan (2024–25), a two-time winner of the National Blind Tasting Trophy, and a holder of the prestigious ASI Diploma. Eco Trade is a wine importing and distribution company founded in 2010. The company specializes in wines and spirits from small, family-owned producers around the world. With a portfolio of over 3,000 unique wines, Eco Trade champions artisanal craftsmanship, a sense of place, and the joy of discovery — offering wines that come with real stories and real people behind them. In addition to distribution, the company also owns The Bottle retail chain and a few restaurants in Almaty. Roza holds certifications as an Italian Wine Ambassador (VIA), Italian Wine Scholar (WSG), Langhe Wines Ambassador (BBA), and Valpolicella Wine Specialist (VEP).
