Being The Only Vegan At Work

In Episode #55, we sit down to discuss a topic that has been an ongoing issue ever since they went vegan - being the only vegan at work! This situation can be a real pain and cause some awkward situations. We hope this episode helps you develop ideas on how to handle situations where you're the only vegan at work.

Office culture has moments where it's centered around food. For example, there are catered lunches, communal kitchens, holiday treats, and lunches with coworkers. It can be difficult to be the "odd one" out when you're the only vegan in an office. Most offices will at least try to accommodate you, especially at first. In this episode, we help you navigate some specific situations that involve being the only vegan at work.

For the most part, it's up to you how this situation is handled and what you get out of it. Your office will only do so much and is really only required to accommodate to an extent. After that, it's up to you and this episode will help you prepare for to make the best out of the situation.
