16 How the right leader helps you grow infinitely with Jennifer Rash

Jennifer Rash serves as president and editor-in-chief of The Alabama Baptist newspaper and overall social media group known as TAB Media. The Alabama Baptist is the largest circulated state Baptist newsletter in the nation and the second-largest top-circulates newspaper in the state. Jennifer is an accomplished investigating reporter, photographer, and has won awards for her digital broadcasting, radio and podcast work.

In today's episode of Small Time Leaders, Jennifer Rash shares how Charlotte Circe helped her grow as a leader with practicing patients, couching effective communication skills and being a solution provider. When they met Jennifer was in her early 20s and Charlotte's guidance helped Jennifer be the accomplished executive leader she is today.

Jennifer is very passionate about helping the community, that being a board member of Associated Church Press, the planning committee of RCCongress, treasure, coordinator of former Birmingham chapter of Religion Communicators Council and member of Public Affairs Research Council of Alabama. Before starting her career journey at The Alabama Baptist Jenifer also dedicated two years of her life to volunteer at Caribbean Christian Publications (CCP) and the Caribbean Baptist Fellowship Media Center.
