47 Leading with Integrity with Jacob Devlin

Jacob Devlin is an Operations Manager for Amazon directly in charge of departments ranging from 200 to 400 associates that strive every day to meet the challenge of being the world's most customer-centric company. Growing up with five brothers (4 Army veterans) and a childhood filled with sports led him to accept a congressional nomination to the Air Force Academy where he wrestled for 4 years.

In today's episode of Small-Time Leaders, Jacob Devlin shares with us how Robert Keenan taught him to lead with integrity. This lesson not only helped him grow on a pivotal point in his life but also demonstrated to him the importance of holding someone accountable. After graduating he became an Intelligence Officer for 12 years. Serving on multiple special operations deployments to Iraq, Kuwait, and Afghanistan entrenched a deep passion for helping and leading people. After separating from the military, he completed his MBA in London, UK at HULT International Business school and moved to Jacksonville, Florida from California. In his free time, he volunteers to help fellow veterans' transition from military life to successful careers in the corporate sector.
