S9 E:159 Slay Like a Mother

S9 E:159 Slay Like a Mother

The word slay has many definitions. It means to destroy, eliminate, take out, liquidate, and so much more. But, when you have to define how to slay like a mother, what definition comes to your mind? Slay like a mother is destroying the limiting beliefs, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome that prevents you from reaching your full potential. How can this be accomplished?

In this episode of The Latika Vines Show, our guest, Katherine Wintsch, shares how working moms can slay or destroy what's holding them back so they can live the life they want. And, before she shares her tips for working moms, she opens up about the beliefs and habits she had to destroy and let go of, so she can live the life she is currently living. She tells working moms that she had to:

  1. Take care of myself (put me on the calendar)
  2. Recognize that I might be the problem that's holding me back
  3. Identify that she was her biggest obstacle

Do you believe you can relate to her? If so, this is the episode you need to hear to Slay like a Mother!
