02. Nourishing Ourselves w/ Meaghan St. Marc

On this episode, I sat down with the co-owner, co-founder of Rev’d Indoor Cycling, Meaghan St. Marc. She is a relentless, compassionate leader, mama to Malachi and Mia, military wife to Matt (thank you both for your service), a daughter, sister, friend, and mentor to so many people, myself included.

Our conversation is centered around nourishing ourselves, first out of necessity and now for sustainability. We talk about some relatively soul-crushing topics, so in an effort to be fully transparent and provide somewhat of a trigger warning, please know that we will touch upon subjects including depression, anxiety, burnout, miscarriages, post-partum, and body dysmorphia.
