Sharon Udoh discusses her work as Enrollment Coordinator at the Arts & College Preparatory Academy, a model charter school combining academics and interdisciplinary arts instruction in Columbus. Sharon talks about the importance of diversity in education, creating support systems for first-generation Americans, and accepting the experiences and narratives of students.
