How family input growing up can affect your relationship with food today

In this episode we talk about how food was handled in childhood and how it affects our relationship with food today. We bring back the character of Aunt Marge as our bad guy scapegoat who puts all the societal pressures on us to eat more, eat less, label food as good and bad, and finish everything on our plates because food is expensive and we shouldn’t be wasteful. We discuss how to navigate this and give you tips & tricks that you can implement in your life immediately to help change the narrative in your mind and release you from the conditioning you possibly also received in childhood.
