Mission:
At Unbridled, our mission is to empower horse lovers to establish and maintain healthy boundaries in their interactions with others, including in the horse industry. Through experiential education, online learning and mentoring support, we provide the tools and resources necessary for navigating the complexities of human relationships, especially within the equine community. By fostering empathy, understanding, and community, we strive to help horse lovers across the globe find more peace in their lives, and in their relationships.

Our vision at Unbridled is a world (including the horse industry!) where individuals thrive in authentic and respectful relationships, free from the constraints of outdated narratives and power dynamics. We envision a future where healthy boundaries serve as the foundation for harmonious interactions, fostering a culture of mutual understanding, personal growth, and collective wellbeing. It's all about honoring the dignity and autonomy of every individual – horse, human and otherwise.

Our Approach:
Drawing inspiration from nature and the wisdom of horses, we offer a unique (and fun!) approach to learning about yourself and understanding what it means to embody healthy boundaries. By harnessing the power of herd observation, staying grounded in what's true (equine ethology), and spending quiet time with horses–and ourselves– in the most natural ways possible, we become students who get to learn from the masters of the Boundary Dance (horses!).

Empowerment Through Experiential Learning:
Our courses and programs are designed to provide interactive, relationship-based experiences that provide practical skills for establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries in your relationships with people and horses. We'll help you find your voice, learn to advocate lovingly for yourself and the horses in your life, and embrace courageous authenticity.
