Florida TikToker Arrested By Cops For Stealing From Target

Marlena Velez was arrested twice in late 2024 for stealing from a Target store in Cape Coral, Florida. Police went to Velez’s home in November 2024 after 7 a.m. and put her in handcuffs. Body-worn cameras recorded an officer questioning Velez about her Target trip which was recorded by a store surveillance camera. Law&Crime’s Angenette Levy goes through the footage in this episode of Crime Fix — a daily show covering the biggest stories in crime.
