December 13th: James Eagan Holmes Born (1987) In 2012 I, like many people, found myself sitting in a dark movie theater just before midnight awaiting the beginning of the newest Batman movie. About 5 minutes into the movie, excitement filling the air, the screen went black and everything went silent. A storm had blown in and, much to our disappointment, we walked out of the theater with a refund ticket in hand having no clue what happened to Batman and Bane. A few hours later, we heard about the devastation that happened in Colorado that made our little blackout seem like a bizarre blip on the radar.
