Dr. Kate Leeming isn’t just an accomplished explorer; she’s also a passionate advocate for sustainability and education.

You might know her from her groundbreaking cycling expeditions across some of the toughest terrains on Earth—think Russia, Antarctica, Africa, and of course, Australia. What sets Kate apart though, is her deep commitment to inspire the next generation. She uses her adventures to shine a light on critical environmental issues and to rally for urgent climate action.

But there’s more. Kate is also deeply invested in improving prospects for female education, especially in some of the poorest regions of the world. She actively supports initiatives that empower girls through education because she sees it as a vital way to enhance community well-being and promote sustainable development.
