President Trump is having quite a mood swing. Last night he was ecstatic posting that a ceasefire had been reached between Israel and Iran and there was finally peace, but after missiles started flying again, he became enraged. Today, while speaking with reporters, he got so worked up he dropped a bomb of his own. And the thought of World War III breaking out has touched a nerve on our shores, reigniting the doomsday prepper movement with Americans getting ready for the worst. And what about those old fallout shelters constructed decades ago during the Cold War? Are they still there? Plus, they were having a bachelorette party on a boat and as they headed out to sea, they joked about it being the 50th anniversary of the movie Jaws... And what do you know...a giant shark showed up! And as they say in the movie- ‘We're gonna need a bigger boat!’ And authorities say a mass shooting at a church was averted when a gunman was taken down before he had a chance to open fire on parishioners and a security guard is being hailed a hero. The investigation continues into the tragic murder of the grandparents and mother of a 15-year-old girl who cops say was 'catfished' by a police officer pretending to be a teen. Today, grieving family members of the victims broke their silence delivering a desperate plea - know what your kids are doing online. And a recent study found 72% of Americans would put themselves in harm’s way to protect their dog - and maybe it goes both ways. Ann Mercogliano with the story of two lost little girls... and the dog who wouldn't leave their side until they were safely reunited with their parents. Plus, he's the founder of the far-right militia group the Oath Keepers, and he was just found guilty of plotting to overthrow the government on January 6th - and his wife of more than 20 years couldn't be happier. She told our Megan Alexander why she's so relieved he'll be behind bars. And it's now been more than two weeks since four University of Idaho students were stabbed to death, and still no break in the case. Tonight, a candlelight vigil is planned, and authorities will be keeping a close eye on every single person there in case the killer shows up. Jim Moret is in Idaho. It feels like the Superbowl! Today's world cup match up between USA and Iran was a major sporting event filled with international tension. To say fans were stoked for team USA would be an understatement. Ann Mercogliano has more on the match of the century. Plus, he was dubbed the frat boy cannibal - the college student charged with murdering a husband and wife inside their home. It seemed like a cut and dry case, but in a shocking twist the killer was found not guilty by reason of insanity. And as Les Trent reports, the victims’ families are outraged. And it was the slap seen round the world. Now Will Smith is speaking out in his first major TV interview about slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars... he says after rock poked fun at his wife, he just lost it. Plus, still no suspect in the murder of four students from the University of Idaho. Now there's a new theory; was the killer an incel - meaning a young man who feels rejected by women? Incels are known to especially hate popular sorority sisters - which fits the description of all three female victims. It's the Thanksgiving miracle America can't stop talking about; the 28-year-old who fell overboard while traveling from New Orleans to Cozumel, Mexico on a Carnival cruise ship. The big question however remains: how was he able to stay alive treading water for more than 15 hours?! Ann Mercogliano spoke with an expert to find out. Plus, Jay Leno said he needed a week or two to get back on his feet - and boy was he accurate. Exactly two weeks after being severely burned in a garage fire, Leno was back onstage... but he may have regretted not hiring a driver! In the meantime, students returning to the University of Idaho after the Thanksgiving break are feeling jittery - frustrated there's still no suspect in the stabbing deaths of four fellow students. Now police are trying to alleviate fears by saying they don't believe there's a connection with two other deadly knife attacks with eerie similarities. Jim Moret has the latest. And it was a lighthearted moment on President Biden's thanksgiving vacation - taking selfies with some kids through a restaurant window. Now Les Trent is speaking with the very excited families. The week begins with the nation still fixated on the unsolved murders of those four University of Idaho students. And as the mystery continues, every possible theory is being examined ... including the gruesome killing of a dog in the area just a few weeks earlier. Steven Fabian on whether there might be a connection. And now to the mass shooting in Colorado. It turns out the man suspected of murdering 5 people and injuring dozens more at a gay nightclub in Colorado Springs had been on police radar. He was arrested last year after allegedly threatening his mother with a homemade bomb. The charges were later dismissed but many are asking with that kind of red flag why did he have an assault rifle? Plus, there's another type of crime going on that you may not have heard of. It’s one where thieves are targeting wedding photographers to steal their pricey equipment. And the way they're committing these crimes is leaving both the photographers and the bridal couples on the other side of the lens, terrified. Ann Mercogliano reports. And speaking of weddings, it was a busy weekend for President Biden. He not only hosted his granddaughter’s wedding at the White House, but the very next day, he turned 80 making him the oldest Commander-in-Chief in American history.
