Feeling Appropriate Emotion

Feeling Appropriate Emotion

Emotions are the fuel we use to run our lives. But, I think we often get this wrong as a society. We have this perception that some emotions are better than others, that there is a "right" way to feel, or that we are supposed to be happy all of the time.

When, in fact, we are able to swing through all of the emotions and are equipped to handle them all. We are meant to live full-spectrum lives. And, there is power in feeling what you're feeling at any given moment.

What if we allowed ourselves to just feel our emotions, without judgment. And, didn’t think they should be different.

How much more energy would we have if we weren't fighting and resisting them all of the time?
