Equity-Centered Coaching with Trudi Lebrón

In the aftermath of George Floyd, I didn't know what to do. But, I knew I wanted to do something... something meaningful, that would be present in how I showed up - daily. I also knew I'd need some help figuring that out and doing the actual work.

Enter Trudi Lebrón and her class, "Show Up and Serve: A Workshop for White Coaches". I went to that class, joined her Mastermind, and have continued my work through the Institute for Equity-Centered Coaching. Doing this work has made my coaching, marketing, and client spaces better for everyone.

I have more tools in my toolbox and am more confident that my business aligns with my actual values - that all people will FEEL respected, valued, and centered when they interact with me.
