Inclusive Design + Accessibility

1 in 4 people, globally, has a disability or challenge that prevents them from accessing internet content equally. That means 25% of people get stuck at the welcome mat and can't even ENTER your digital house! That's a big deal.

This week, I have the privilege of speaking with Creative Director and Inclusive Design Consultant, Bex McKnight. She and her team at McKnight Inclusive Design just redid the caryngillen.com website so I KNOW she's good at what she does! And, I'm beyond excited to share her expertise with you.

- She gives an incredible distinction between equal and equitable - if you need a word picture that will stick with you, this is it!
- She talks about the different elements of inclusive design and accessibility.
- She gives specific examples of things that are problematic and some action items that you can do RIGHT NOW (without any additional resources) to "be a better human".
