187: [Live Coaching] "It's Taking Too Long" with Catherine Van Wert

In this week's episode of Coach Business, I am joined by Catherine Van Wert, who wanted some live coaching around the thought she was having that "it's taking too long."

My hunch is that we've all been there! So often in business building (maybe even most of the time), we are not where we want to be yet, but we know where we're going and have a goal in mind.

When momentum, adrenaline, and flow are hard to come by, we can still enjoy the road - that is the point!

The pace of life and how we feel about it is a big part of living.

When you are going slow at the pace of the choice you made for your life, it doesn't get much more empowering than that.

And we can always ask: What would help you enjoy it a little more?
