191: How to Be a Coach YOUR WAY with Jennifer Faherty

Coaching is a skill set we can bring into anything and everything (even a positive psychology paper products brand!).

There is no one-size-fits-all template. The way that you coach best may not even be invented yet! Think about that...

Wherever you build your business, make sure it's somewhere (and with someone) you can PLAY and be well-supported in doing it your way.

If you use someone else's cookie cutter or become successful in someone else's way, you'll essentially become good at being someone else, and will likely have to stop and recover at some point to find YOUR WAY.
