Transform Resistance Into Revelation with Cris Steinman

*Summer Break Message*: Peace and richest blessings to you, our beloved Take Back Your Mind podcast community! We are taking a summer break during July and August, and will return on September 3rd with new shows and a brand-new format! Take this opportunity to revisit your favorite episodes or catch any ones you missed. Have a great summer and see you in September!

On today's Take Back Your Mind, Michael speaks with Cris Steinman. Cris has been a prominent leader in the field of personal growth for over 25 years. She is the creator of the Fit Mental model, which focuses on transforming people's lives through a deep understanding of the unconscious, conscious, and superconscious mind. She is also a radio host and the author of The Magic is You (La Magia Eres Tú), offering readers strategies for self-discovery and holistic growth. As the founder of LCK (Life Changing Knowledge), Cris leads innovative programs that promote holistic well-being. She's the visionary behind the LCK Experience, which brings together experts and leaders from around the world to inspire and empower individuals on their journey toward self-realization (and where Michael will be speaking this coming September in Mexico City).

Highlights from Cris and Michael's insightful conversation include:

-Cris's early spiritual loss after her mother's death and how it sparked a lifelong journey of questioning, seeking, and healing

-The distinction between doing and becoming, and finding fulfillment through aligning with your soul calling

-Cris's Fit Mental model—the conscious, subconscious, and superconscious levels of mind—and how each plays a role in transformation

-The emotional indicators that signal a need for inner tuning and how to listen to the body as a spiritual guide

-Reflecting on the body as a divine messenger that mirrors our emotional and spiritual state, urging inner awareness and healing

-How true leaders inspire from love, not fear, and defining leadership from your soul that models integrity, presence, and heart-centered vision

-Why emotions aren't right or wrong but are guidance tools, and elevating your vibration by listening and responding rather than reacting

-The LCK Experience and its evolution as a sacred gathering meant to catalyze growth through immersive spiritual experiences; what to expect at the LCK Experience 2025, happening this September in Mexico City, featuring Michael as one of the speakers; the core message of La Magia Eres Tú ("The Magic is You")—that our true power lies in remembering our divine nature; and much more!

Next, Michael leads a guided meditation on becoming more, and never less, than our True Self.
