For the hypnotic journeys like in this episode, I've been having fun making videos to go with these journeys. Simply thinking about making my own videos (instead of using a stock video), has helped me see my home in a new light and angles. Literally! I see new angles to record as the sun and her light come over the mountains in the morning, recording my dogs sleeping on the patio as the palms sway in the breeze, recording a storm as it rolls through the valley east of my home. It's nice to have a reason to capture it all.

The back drop for this hypnotic journey is a delightful little corner of plants on my patio as the sunrises. I sped this video up a bit. Inspired by my lady Roxanne as she was lounging on the patio underneath the swaying palms, I set up my camera and sat on my patio too doing some work for this episode.
