No one can serve two masters because it can cause confusion or discourse between the those incharge, as well as in the ranks. Successful organizations have a heiarchy that is followed and people stay in their lane. We have all been in the situations of trying to deal with multiple managers and the stories never align. One wants you to do it one way and the other another way. Which way is right? We then have to figure it out and you can find yourself always second guessing what you are doing. This can cause mistakes and lots of anxiety. Do your best to deal wiht the situation and keeping your stress level down and your anxiety. When things are bad at home you can see it affect your work. When things are bad at work you can see it affect you at home. Do you best to be your best and stay humble. Just deal with today and not worry about tomorrow. As the saying goes "just take it one day at a time."
