Today, we are super lucky to be joined by Lara Hamilton, who grew up running in Sydney Australia, ran for Sydney Uni Athletics Club before making the move to Boise State University to get some NCAA Track and Cross Country experience. She is now living in Colorado, enjoying trail running and has been selected to represent Australia at the World Mountain Running Championships this year (2023) which will be held in Austria! Aside from her inspiring running resume, she has some incredible knowledge in the sport, and also dabbles in many different side projects in hobbies that we touch on, on this episode.
