On April 23, 2001, an unidentified perpetrator murdered 34-year-old Velda Chimoni at a Whataburger in Phoenix, Arizona. Now her niece Taylor Chimoni is speaking out about the case. Please share this one so we can get the word out about what happened to Velda.
