Increasingly, a sector that minimises risks by only lending to companies supported by assets. Phil and Steve discuss whether there a role for the government to be more involved in developing a higher-risk, lower cost approach to loans. And when it comes to smaller businesses managing cash-flow could a more amenable tax office be part of the solution?
