Tip Top K9 is a national dog training franchise founded in 2010 by Ryan Wimpey in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Originally inspired by Ryan’s efforts to help his own rescue dog, the company has grown to over 24 locations across the U.S. and has trained more than 32,000 dogs.
