Joining us today is a woman who has spent over two decades guiding the nation through the highs and lows of homeownership, but her expertise goes far beyond bricks and mortar. She’s a property developer, entrepreneur, broadcaster, writer, and now a podcaster — it's the brilliant Sarah Beeny!

From losing her mother at just ten years old to buying her first flat at 19 and turning it into a thriving property empire, she reflects on the resilience and determination that has shaped her path.
