James Padilla Cisneros is a predator that was involved in the Long Beach, California edition of To Catch a Predator. Twenty-nine years of age at the time, Cisneros used the graphic screen name "whittierlacumandbig" to begin a chat with a decoy posing as a twelve-year-old girl. Cisneros proclaimed having had sex with a thirteen-year-old girl he met online. He later inquired if the decoy liked having sex and whether they could hang out. The decoy informed him she couldn't, but Cisneros offered they could sneak away and they could obtain a hotel room and have sex there. When the decoy objected, Cisneros caved and went to the sting house. When talking to the decoy, Cisneros stated he brought condoms and asked what room she wanted to have sex in. Brian referred the decoy as a "hottie" and said she had a "sexy smile". Finally, on December 8th, 2006, Brian traveled an hour with marijuana from Orlando to Flagler Beach, Florida, making a pit break for condoms and Mountain Dew at a gas station. He strikes up a conversation with the decoy and tells her he's heading to his car to retrieve the things brought. Chris confronts him before he could leave the house.
