Trump Faces Humiliating Defeat by Reporter in Lawsuit

Journalists and Media Companies --not named CBS or ABC-- are starting to fight back against Trump and win. Michael Popok reports in a win this week for award winning investigative journalist Bob Woodward and his publisher against Trump in NY in a money fight over the ownership of the "Trump Tapes". A NY Federal Judge just found that Trump can't sue for $50 million because, as alleged, he is not the "co-author" of his own interview audio tapes with Woodward, and that he will have difficulty ever successfully suing the reporter and the publisher.
