Afterward, there’s a fundamental rift in values and morals between those who champion limited government and individual sovereignty, and those who embrace an all-powerful state. It’s the battle between positive power—rooted in defending institutions, the Constitution, separation of powers, and personal freedoms—and negative power, where the ends justify any means, leading to rampant abuses.
