Donna Adelson opted to hire Rashbaum represent her despite the fact that her legal needs may be at odds with those of her son, who has an appeal pending with the 1st District Court of Appeal. After Rashbaum’s move Tuesday afternoon, Leon Circuit Judge Stephen Everett announced that the trial will be continued and that prospective jurors would be sent home. Donna’s attorney Alex Morris discussed possible plea negotiations which we dissect tonight.#BestGuests: Eugene Michael Hyman (born May 14, 1950) is an American retired judge, lawyer, and former police officer. Judge London Kite has yet to rule on whether to grant Gardner’s latest request for bond.
