294. MONTHLY MEDICINE: August is Catapult

Finally -- after what has felt like forever -- August gets things moving, flowing, and clicking again.

The theme of this month is Catapult for a reason. This isn't a chaotic, frantic, frightening launch into the void. We have been preparing for this for a long time, a time when we finally get some clarity, or are able to move the needle in some longed-for way. The "catapult" in question is a sacred, measured, and joyful collaboration with the muses, a serve and return that we've been waiting for.

The key for this month? To trust that you are actually ready to receive this. You're ready to move. You're ready to commit. You're more ready to move than you might believe. You have everything you need to do this.
