A Conversation with Shauna Ahern - Through the lens of Annamayakosha

On this episode, Theresa & Sherry have a casual conversation with Shauna Ahern through the lens of Annamayakosha (The Food Body sheath). This kosha is used to loosely frame the conversation (listen to S1 E1 for more on Annamayakosha).

Shauna wrote the first ever gluten-free food blog called, "Gluten-Free Girl," which attracted a huge online audience, and co-authored three cookbooks with her husband, Daniel. One of those cookbooks won a James Beard award. Shauna wrote a memoir about her childhood trauma and how she unraveled from it, to help others. Her book, Enough: Notes from a Woman Who has Finally Found It, was recommended by Brene Brown, The Washington Post & thousands of readers who say her book changed their lives.
