In 2020, he launched Nicola Biasi Consulting, advising wineries across Italy, and founded Resistenti Nicola Biasi, a network focused on producing high-quality wines with PIWI grape varieties. Nicola has received major honors, including Best Young Oenologist (Vinoway 2021), Cult Oenologist (Merano), and Winemaker of the Year (Food & Travel Italia 2022).
